Yes this was an accident... Riki Ustrell was most likely not a regular in class. Not much can be said about Joan Alemany. Both, as separate entities, had already been Djing for quite some time, so you could say they had it in them. After a few months getting to know eac hother, one day at Joan’s house the magic began. One was experimenting while the other was helping out, and viceversa. That’s how these things go. You start to make songs, little by little, because these kind of things need an artistic touch (and a little nightwork). A few sets here and there, one or two people interested in remixes, a couple of songs that drive people nuts, thousands of afternoons in front of computers, a few morning juices and, after a several years, they’re still at it making music, good music. That’s how Wow & Flute began. They’re clearly on the up, they never stop working on new projects that will be edited sooner rather than later. Their work has been shown to the world through The Mansion Recordings, with whom they’ve become well known. It seems like it’s working for them, something seems to say that they’re on the right track. So be careful when your body starts to shake and you don’t even realize, you could be listening to Wow and Flute!
